Before using this website or booking any service, please review these terms carefully. By placing an order with AISEORank, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
AI SEO Services Terms (Google + AI)
What these terms cover
AISEORank provides SEO services designed for modern search behavior—where people use both Google and AI tools to find, compare, and choose businesses.
Our work may include:
- AI SEO Strategy & Consulting (planning, priorities, competitive and opportunity analysis)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) (structuring content so AI tools interpret and cite your brand accurately)
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) (optimizing pages for featured snippets and direct answers)
- Local AI SEO (Canada) (Google Business Profile optimization, local signals, citations, and location-focused content)
- Technical & Structured SEO (site speed, indexing, internal linking, architecture, schema markup)
- AI-Optimized Websites (site structure and copy that works for humans and AI systems)
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in your proposal.
Definitions
- Agreement: Your Project Proposal/Statement of Work, these Terms and Conditions, and any attachments.
- Project: The scope and purpose of the SEO work described in the proposal.
- Services: All SEO-related services and deliverables AISEORank provides as described in the proposal.
- Deliverables: Any documents, audits, recommendations, content outlines, on-page updates, reports, technical updates, schema, or other work product listed in the proposal.
- Final Deliverables: Deliverables considered complete and accepted by you (including approval by silence after the review window).
- Client Content: Any writing, images, brand assets, location details, or business information you provide to support the work.
- Third-Party Materials: Tools or licensed assets used as part of the services (for example, paid SEO tools, stock assets, or plugins), if applicable.
Payments
- 50% of the agreed fees are due when you approve the proposal and ask us to begin.
- Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- The final balance is due after completion (based on the review and invoicing terms below).
- We may not start work until the initial payment is received in full.
- If work has started and you cancel the project for reasons not caused by AISEORank, the deposit is non-refundable.
What’s not included (unless your proposal says it is)
- Paid advertising (PPC), paid directory submissions, or paid placements
- Costs for purchasing/creating videos or images
- Web hosting, domain registration, premium plugins/themes, or third-party subscriptions
- Any third-party fees required to implement recommendations (unless explicitly included)
Your responsibilities (to keep results and timelines on track)
To do effective SEO—especially GEO/AEO and local SEO—we need complete and accurate inputs from you.
- Please provide requested business info (services, service areas/locations, contact details, branding, photos, existing logins where required, etc.) within the first week.
- If key items are delayed, we may adjust timelines accordingly.
If progress is delayed for more than 4 weeks due to missing inputs, lack of feedback, or a project pause on your side, we reserve the right to request full payment for the project.
Revisions, feedback, and approvals
- You can share feedback during the active phase of the work.
- Please assign one point of contact to give approvals and consolidate feedback.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Review period and acceptance
- Once we deliver the completed work, you have 10 days to review and request corrections related to the agreed scope.
- If we don’t hear from you within 10 days, the work is considered approved.
We’ll invoice the remaining balance after the review period. Final payment is due within 1 week of the invoice date.
Changes to scope
Change Request
If you want to change the scope after accepting the Agreement, send a written request describing what you want changed. Within 2 days, we’ll reply with availability, added fees (if any), timeline impacts, and any updated terms.
Major vs. Minor changes
- Major change: If the request is around 20% or more of the original scope/time/value, we may issue a new proposal. Work begins only after it’s signed and any added fees are paid.
- Minor change: If it’s not a major change, it will be billed at $100/hour (time and materials), in addition to the original project fees. Timelines may shift as needed.
You’ll have 4 days to accept or reject a revised proposal in writing. If rejected, we continue only with the original Agreement scope.
SEO realities (rankings, algorithms, and guarantees)
- Search engines and AI systems change frequently. We don’t control their ranking systems, policies, or how/when they display results.
- Rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm updates, competitor actions, or other factors outside our control.
- We do not guarantee a #1 ranking or permanent top placements.
Website changes by others
If you, your staff, or another vendor changes your website (code, plugins, content, hosting settings, structure, etc.):
- AISEORank isn’t responsible for resulting issues, losses, ranking drops, or security problems.
- Any troubleshooting, fixes, or restorations we perform due to third-party changes will be billable.
If you move your site to third-party hosting after development/implementation:
- Ongoing performance, maintenance, and compatibility under the new host are not our responsibility.
- Fixes required after migration are chargeable.
Confidentiality
Please keep our pricing, deliverables, processes, technical details, and any confidential information private, and don’t share them with third parties without our written consent.
Communications
Business hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Response time
We aim to respond within 24 hours during business days, as long as your message comes in during business hours.
Primary contact method
Email is our primary communication channel for project work (our team operates across multiple time zones). If an issue can’t be resolved by email, you may call our project managers during office hours.
Changes to these terms
AISEORank (a division of Luminary Software) may update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
